What’s a typical day look like? Hard to say. We’re going to call you a Strategic Projects Manager but it’s more like a utility player. You’ll need to possess the ability to problem solve, have strong attention to detail, engage people across the organization, and help the team achieve results. 

Long term you’ll need to possess the ability to set strategic goals for a team one minute, analyze an income statement the next, jump on a forklift after lunch and then meet with a customer to communicate about his most important needs before you head home for the day. You will also need to embrace a fun, high energy culture and get contagiously excited about our mission (We help Builders Succeed in Building the American Dream).

• Strong Leadership Experience
• To be a Self-Starter and a Quick Learner
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• A blue-collar work ethic
